Choose your preferred apartment using our booking tool on the website.
Click on “Rent now” and select your city.
Use the filter function to narrow down your search by date, category, style, and other preferences.
Once you've found your apartment, click “Next” and follow the steps in the online booking process – that’s it!
- Register in the tenant portal and enter your personal details.
- A rental contract will be generated and made available to you.
- Your apartment will be reserved for 5 days, giving you time to complete the booking.
- Sign the contract and fill out the SEPA direct debit mandate (if available) to confirm your booking. Otherwise, the reservation will automatically expire after 5 days.
- Once the contract is countersigned, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the final rental agreement attached.

What do I have to do after I receive my rental contract?
The deposit must be transferred to the account stated in the tenancy agreement at least 14 days before moving in. If you haven’t given us a SEPA direct debit mandate until this date you also have to transfer the first all-in price as well as.
We also ask you to arrange a move-in date in advance or to book via our calendar.
What documents must I be able to present?
We need the following from you
- Proof of employment/proof of internship
- Liability insurance
- Proof of no rent arrears (if available)
- ID card/VISA
- SEPA direct debit mandate
