Are lease terms flexible?

You can rent an apartment for the period of 6 -12 Months. At the end of the rental period there is an opportunity to renew your contract. You can choose between different flexibility options:

Fixed: Your contract is for a fixed period and termination is not possible.

Limited: You have the right to terminate your contract within 3 months notification period. 

Flexible: Within the first 6 months, you have the right to terminate your contract within 3 months notification period. Afterwards, you can terminate your contract with a one-month notification period.
