Are lease terms flexible?

You can rent an apartment for 6 -12 Months. At the end of the rental period there is an opportunity to renew your contract. You can choose between two different options:

Fixed: Your contract is fixed, and termination is excluded.

Flexible: You can terminate your contract within a 3-month notification period.
