What happens to my letters and parcel?

Every tenant gets his/her own personal letterbox and can collect his/her mail there. It is important that you always include your apartment number with your address.

Standard-sized parcels are accepted by the host and can be collected from the lobby during opening hours. You will be informed by E-Mail.
