How can I book an apartment?

You can use our booking form to specify directly what features your apartment and contract should have.

1. one of our employees will send you your personal offer.
2. send us your contract-relevant personal data and documents.
3. your contract will be generated and sent to you.
4. the apartment is now reserved for you for five days and must be signed by you during this period. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled after five days.
5. Your contract will then be countersigned, and you will receive a confirmation email with the countersigned contract.

What do I have to do after I receive my rental contract?

The deposit must be transferred to the account stated in the tenancy agreement at least 14 days before moving in. If you haven’t given us a SEPA direct debit mandate until this date you also have to transfer the first all-in price as well as.
